At a Glance:

As an intern in product management, you will be working with a team of product managers, business and IT stakeholders on further improving our B2B portal.

Your Team:
We are the Global Sales Enablement team at On. Our mission? Keep sales moving. We work together closely with the regional sales teams and across functions.

We deliver strategies, concepts, systems and tools to elevate the brand experience delivered through sales - with the ultimate goal of enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets.

Within the Global Sales Enablement team we grow and manage two digital products used by our sales teams and B2B customers.

Your Mission:

The focus of this role is on supporting the development and engagement of Backstage, our self service B2B portal used globally
Own the content of the platform (work in collaboration with the content team, maintain the content and suggest improvements)
Own the seasonal setup of our collections
Attend user interviews, review dashboards, and help conclude it
Attend sprint reviews with the tech team
Support the preparation of the roadmap
Support testing
Answer questions from users
Design and implement strategies to drive more engagement

Your Story:

Gogetter with an eagerness to learn
Close to Bachelor graduation or already enrolled as a Master student in an University program
Ideally some practical experience from previous internships in tech companies and/or in digital product management
You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously and to adjust quickly to new circumstances
You are a team player that enjoys to help others to solve problems and support them in achieving their goals
You are detail oriented but also creative
You are fluent in English (spoken and written), all other languages a plus
