Purpose of the position

The Digital Engagement & AV Associate works in the Cross Media Unit, which leads our ICRC communication delivering global campaigns and tell compelling stories to ICRC's key audiences about our mission and the people we serve across all platforms and channels.

Our digital channels are used to enable our operations, to influence decisions, and to mobilize support for the ICRC.

This includes interactions with affected and non-affected communities across various digital touchpoints: social media, web emailing.

The Associate works with the Digital teams to deliver audience-centric content for social-media (video, cards, carousels) and to support our AV and Media.

The Associate leads various administrative tasks including management of Media requests and news releases 1 day per week.
