Overview of Role


Responsibilities:


  • Support the daily handling of operational aspects related to pricing, including special condition requests and supervision of operational fee processes
  • Assist in the maintenance of the pricing framework and in managing relevant policies, processes and technical functionalities in the banking system
  • Support business management activities and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Assist Front Office units and partner functions in supporting the development and execution of the bank's strategic initiatives
  • Support specific projects and assist in representing the front office within bank or groupwide projects.
  • Respond to adhoc inquiries on various topics, conducting research and providing detailed responses
Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Strong MS Office skills, prior experience with Avaloq an advantage
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Curiosity/willingness to learn more about the Swiss wealth management industry and related business activities
  • Prior experience in Banking desirable, preferably in the area of Business Management/Development, front office, pricing or financial controlling
  • Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail
  • Commercial and problemsolving mindset combined with handson approach
  • Selfdriven, organized and collaborative personality
  • Firstrate interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Fluent in English and German, any other language a plus
