Job Summary:

Flamatt, Switzerland-, is currently looking for a highly motivated, self-driven person to take the position of:

Production Operator
The position is based in
Flamatt, Switzerland

What you will do:

The main ubjective of the function is the manufacturing of the Ebeam lamps according to specifications and in accordance with scheduling and quantity requirements of the production planning

Your main tasks will include:

Highprecision and clean assembly of small parts and assembly of subassemblies in accordance with specification documents
Assembling, operating and monitoring the process machines
Soldering of the assemblies
Operating the laser welding system, and process equipment
Performing all functional tests in the product manufacturing process
Responsibility for inventory management
Active participation in the creation of prototypes
Coordinating with other departments: R&D and Process Engineering
Responsible for order and cleanliness in the production area
Adhering to occupational safety specifications, applicable standards and laws
Timely information to superiors
Providing input for the planning and engineering.
Monitoring and reporting production abnormities and take improvement/corrective actions under supervision
Teach/guide junior operators to improve their skill

We believe you have:

Technical Formation Diploma or equivalent

35years of experience in assembly or process industry
Fluency in German and good knowledge English
Knowledge of robotics would be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Further training would be an advantage
