    Front Risk Management (FRM) is part of the 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) function within the new division Client Strategy & Experience.
    We are looking for a Front Risk & Project Manager who acts as flexible allrounder with a strong focus on project management for 1LoD-related risk initiatives & projects and knowhow of performing 1LoD controls.
    Together with the Head FRM Risk and Control Framework, you will drive the harmonisation of the 1LoD control framework across the locations of the Julius Baer group being a key initiative of the newly established global FRM function. In addition, you will support the management of the FRM Control Board as decision body for the 1LoD control framework.

    YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Coordination of risk initiatives & projects, incl. creation of project roadmaps with setup, coordination and monitoring of milestones and key deliverables
  • Support of the 1LoD control framework harmonisation across locations incl. development and progress tracking
  • Preparation and/or review of presentations for different committees
  • Management of FRM Control Board
  • Creation of regular reports
  • Timely execution of 1LoD controls and recurring tasks in Booking Centre Switzerland
  • Support of internal and external audits and preparation of comprehensive closure documentation for assigned audit actions
  • Close collaboration with FRM-internal colleagues, Compliance, Legal, Audit and other stakeholders
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the 1LoD, Compliance and/or Risk Management
  • Knowhow of 1LoD control framework is a plus
  • Front experience and knowledge of daily business operations are a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German) are a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
