Who Are You?
You are a dedicated professional with a focus on PEOPLE. As a motivational team member in the People & Culture department, you take pride in supporting your colleagues. With a comprehensive understanding of human resources management, you are devoted to delivering continuous outstanding support while maintaining connections with employees and regulatory authorities. You possess advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with knowledge of French being a significant plus. Additionally, you have advanced computer literacy in Office 365, and experience with Abacus is considered also a plus.
Moreover, you should meet the following requirements: You have completed an apprenticeship in administration (KV) or hold a similar qualification. You should also have additional training in human resources and/or social insurance. You have experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar position, which is preferable. You possess a good understanding of CH employment/labor law, including social insurance, taxes, etc. You are organized and detail-oriented, but also flexible and capable of working independently. You preferably have experience in an international environment, which will enhance your ability to navigate diverse cultural dynamics and regulatory standards.
About the Position
The People & Culture department is responsible for all human resources relevant topics from the entire recruiting cycle, HR administration, payroll, to employee relations and employee development.
Your main tasks will be to support the People & Culture department in their daily administrative duties.
Your role will involve executing salary administration and updating the payroll system, conducting HR and insurance administrative tasks, assisting in personnel administration, cooperating with internal and external partners, and completing general administrative tasks and correspondence.
We support hybrid working arrangements, enabling up to 40% of work to be conducted from home.
