We develop and supply a wide range of highly engineered inspection machines for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and packaging industries, which we export worldwide. Our medium-sized company, founded in 1971, has been part of the Bausch+Ströbel group of special machine manufacturers since 2013 and today has over 140 employees at our site in Wohlen (Canton Aargau).

Vision Expert Field Service (a)

Your field of activity

:

-
Responsible for the installation, upgrades, as well as the maintenance and repair of our visual inspection machines

:

-
Perform failure analysis, examine root causes and ensure optimal operational efficiency and performance of the machines

:

-
Work with other departments such as After Sales, Vision R&D and project management to ensure that the projects are completed on time

:

-
Execution of internal performance runs and factory acceptance test (FAT) together with our customers

:

-
Support our R&D specialists with the internal evaluation of new hardware and software components

:

-
Creation of training documentation for internal and external purposes

:

Your professional qualification

:

-
Ideally, Experience in programming algorithms for image processing

:

-
Experience in similar position or in integration of inspection machines

:

-
Class B driving license and willingness to travel worldwide (50%)

:

-
Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English

:

-
Experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of inspection systems

:

-
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and understanding interconnections between technical processes

:

-
Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information
