Our Purpose


The Patient Care Systems leader for Western Europe is responsible for the remote programming, monitors, systems and networks across the CRM product portfolio, offering market-differentiated products post-implant.

These programs are revenue-generating. This leader is responsible for developing and managing software and hardware platforms.

This position is responsible for short and long-term revenue growth, strategy and marketing to support the remote monitoring business.

In addition, this position is responsible for the ongoing program and system updates needed to ensure connectivity, sustainability and differentiation of CRM's remote monitoring systems and technologies.


The incumbent will work closely with the VP CRM Western Europe as well as with the CRM Country/Regional Business Leaders and other function leaders (Health Economics & Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR, etc.) spanning Western Europe.


The position reports to the VP CRM Western Europe and is part of the CRM Western Europe leadership team, and global function leadership team.

  • Move Patient Management capabilities from enabler to true differentiator for MDT
  • Build and drive fully global Patient Management strategy, not just a US strategy that we export globally
  • Drive Digital Transformation of CRM
  • Lead through collaboration
  • Align short and longterm marketing strategies with sales force execution and ensure that revenue growth and profit goals are achieved.
  • Leadership of the PM Marketing and Service Operations teams.
  • Align software and service programs to meet the needs of CRM and CDS product lines.
  • Set organizational objectives and performance measurements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Business or Marketing or Healthcare Background (Masters preferred)
  • Medical Device Industry Experience
years Commercial /Marketing leadership

  • Regional experience is a plus
  • Excellent people leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with strong business acumen and strong accountability
  • Performance driven
  • Ability to work across the matrix and the broader CRM and CDS teams
  • Ability to develop and influence relationships with global/WE functions and peers
  • Knowledge of CRM therapies is a plus
  • Fluency in English. Any other European language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
