Your tasks

Lead a team of 15 employees whilst reporting to the Head of Planning and Logistics
Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and Airworthiness Authorities rules and regulations at all times
Plan engine shop visits and material disposition activities in coordination with all CoE departments within agreed turnaround time targets and part repair work scopes
Ensure delivery and reporting of all information needed for planning and production in order to assure frictionless operation and to secure the feasibility during service delivery
Correct and permanent update of the available resources, infrastructure and personnel for engine maintenance with reporting tools
Ensure internally aligned communication with Account Management to reflect and manage customer requests
Lead on slot management providing and preparing information for smooth decision taking in order to achieve optimized slot & capacity usage whilst targeting bestfit of customer requests
Manage and maintain all slot & capacity data incl. reporting on slots, capacities, TAT and critical path
Deployment and management of projects across planning to ensure transparent and proper planning data and timely detection of risks and opportunities
Assemble, maintain, train and review the team required to perform on the above
Manage Interfaces to Procurement, Engineering, Account Management, COE and Material Coordination team in Serbia

Profile:

Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain
Minimum of 4 years of management experience in leadership position required desirably in a supply chain and / or planning department within MRO environment
Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, MOE) required
Experience in lean management, continuous improvement management and change management
Strong communication, analytical and problemsolving skills required
Language skills: German Level C1, English B2
