The opportunity

Our
Consulting business offers a broad range of services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients, with a specific focus on business transformation programs in the Financial Services industry.

EY's Financial Services Strategy Consulting is a new fast-growing practice, extending the firm's consulting services to C-level clients in strategic and transformational assignments.

We are supporting our clients in their strategic decision-making process, designing and transforming their business for the future.

Your key responsibilities

As a part of our team, you will:

Structure and analyze complex business problems
Perform primary and secondary research
Build financial models for impact evaluation
Communicate and present solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
Actively participate in project acquisitions and publications
Contribute to team and community building

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's or advanced graduate university degree (Master's, MBA, PhD) in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or any other businessrelated field
Evidence of excellent academic achievement and work experience
Fluency in English and German, any other language is a plus

Ideally, you'll also have

First experience in financial services and/ or consulting
Entrepreneurial and outputfocused mindset
