    Infrastructure and HSE Manager


    We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & HSE Manager to join our client's team in Delémont, CH. The ideal candidate will have experience in building/infrastructure management, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.


    The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring preventive maintenance of the site's buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. This includes driving construction and development projects from design to site supervision.


    A key aspect of this role is coordinating and supervising external contractors while controlling quality and compliance with regulations. Additionally, they must follow HSE procedures according to standards while promoting employee awareness on safety through training sessions.


    Analyze risks proactively by conducting risk assessments followed by implementing corrective actions as needed. Furthermore manage the infrastructure/safety budget effectively ensuring timely reporting to senior management personnel.
    The successful candidate should possess strong leadership qualities coupled with a sense of urgency responsiveness prompt problem-solving abilities also applicable project multi-stakeholder collaboration know-how qualifications preferably supported
    by certifications professional training industry-specific experience creating designing maintaining leading infrastructural systems managed within manufacturing handling emerging automation essentials sensitivity fostering resilience amid uncertainty teamwork intensified self-motivation taking initiative delegation flair
