    & Summary Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt Unternehmen und Private-Equity-Fonds bei der Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen M&A-Transaktionen.
  • Du bist Teil eines inspirierenden Teams, das die bewertungsrelevanten Steueraspekte mit Blick auf Kaufpreisfindung (Due Diligence, EV to EqV Bridge, Net Debt, Management Incentive Plans, SPA) sowie Finanzierungs- und Akquisition Strukturen analysiert und in die kommerziellen Verhandlungen einbringt.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kundschaft bei der Erarbeitung einer nachhaltigen und Cashflow-effektiven Finanzierungs- und Akquisitionsstruktur und begleitest die Integration der Zielgesellschaften in bestehende Strukturen aus steuerlicher Sicht.
  • Du kannst dich in einem Arbeitsumfeld, das von Teamgeist, Vertrauen und gegenseitiger Unterstützung geprägt ist, voll entfalten.
  • Du übernimmst die Führung deines Teams mit engagierten Mitarbeitenden und die Verantwortung für deine M&A-Projekte.
  • Du entwickelst dein eigenes Kundenportfolio, indem du mit dem gesamten PwC ONE Deals Team neue und innovative «deal value propositions» erarbeitest und in den Zielmarkt trägst.
    • Dein Profil
  • Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Banking & Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder Volkswirtschaft, sowie das Schweizer Steuerexpert:in-Diplom und hast langjährige Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet.
  • Du bist ausdauernd und offen für herausfordernde sowie komplexe Situationen und scheust keine Mühen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Leistungsbereitschaft aus und verfügst über mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenssteuerberatung (Schweiz und international).
  • Du hast an der Schnittstelle von Ökonomie und Recht sowohl ein Flair für Zahlen, Modelle und Bewertungen als auch für die zugrunde liegenden rechtlichen Fragestellungen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast eine langfristige Perspektive und bist bereit, dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du bist engagiert, flexibel sowie eine team- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
