    Specialized Case Manager Job Description The Canton Unemployment Fund determines the right to and pays unemployment benefits to all persons registered with a Vaud employment office. It compensates companies in the event of short-time work (RHT or technical unemployment) due to economic causes or due to bad weather. It pays benefits to workers in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy). As part of your role as a specialized case manager, you inform and register insured persons who come to you, and you are responsible for the creation and analysis of files. In this context, you determine the right to unemployment benefits, conduct a monthly review of the conditions of entitlement, calculate the amount, and proceed with the payment of unemployment benefits. Determine unemployment rights, calculate the insured wage, and pay the unemployment benefits. Assist monthly in reviewing the conditions of rights and in the payment of benefits. Required qualifications Business employee or equivalent qualification. Proven professional experience in the field. Knowledge of social insurance and labor law. Mastery of common office tools.
