You will be part of a small, dynamic, and proactive team that makes quick and well-reasoned decisions, with responsibilities as follows:

Area Marketing

  • Linking with Marketing/Sales teams
  • Supporting Market Access
  • CRM system support, data entry and maintenance
  • Compiling, packing and dispatching promotional material orders
  • Managing the local website
  • Monitor outsourced Congresses
Office Management

  • General secretarial tasks
  • Liaising with external business partners and consulting firms
  • Assisting with HR tasks
Deputizing Executive Assistant in GM / Management Support

  • Administrative and organizational support for the management
  • Assisting in Finance/Controlling activities, assistance in accounting
  • Organizing internal and external events and meetings
  • Acting as a liaison to internal and external contacts, ensuring mutual information and communication flow at all levels

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or business education with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Fluency in German and English written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Precise, thorough, and conscientious work approach
  • Organizational talent with a high level of service orientation
