    Position Summary

    The factory in Wangen bei Olten (CH) is a key production site for Nestlé Suisse, producing high-quality fresh dough under the Leisi & Buitoni brands for both domestic and international markets.

    In this role, you will lead projects focused on developing innovative products and enhancing existing ones within the Multi Market segment of CHILLED DOUGH, with a comprehensive approach.

    A day in the life of a (Senior) Product & Process Specialist

    • Lead the development, scaling, and implementation of new products and technologies, cost optimization, and contract manufacturing projects.
    • Explore creative applications of product and process possibilities, staying abreast of the latest food technology advancements.
    • Identify and drive innovation, renovation, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Utilize your expertise in food processing to elevate operational standards and provide training to CTAG and factory teams.
    • Conduct scouting for bakery ingredients and raw materials, supporting the formulation of products.
    • Ensure compliance with food regulations and standards in all projects.
    • Collaborate effectively with various teams including Business Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Management.

    What will make you successful

    • Degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field. Bakery and/or Confectionery qualifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development within the food industry.
    • Ability to mentor and guide others in the field.
    • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work with diverse teams.
    • Adaptability to dynamic environments, a results-driven mindset, and a focus on achieving goals.
    • Fluency in English; German language proficiency is advantageous.
