- People Development: You'll lead the evolution of our people development processes and programs including our performance management processes, ensuring they align with Burckhardt Compression's strategic goals.
- Talent Development: You'll establish processes and programs that enhance the visibility, growth, and performance of our talent. This includes orchestrating an annual rhythm that empowers our leaders to nurture our talent and make a significant impact in the organization.
- Leadership Development: You'll construct a robust framework for our leadership development and devise programs that enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- Employee Engagement: You'll steer the global Employee Engagement program and devise strategies to boost employee engagement, making Burckhardt Compression an even more rewarding place to work.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business management (or similar field of study) required. Master's and/or human resources certificate/qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in talent development and culture building in a global industrial context.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Program and Project Management Skills with ability to influence and drive results within a global matrix.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices.
- Process mindset and experience with HR tools.
- Strong business acumen and passion to bring strategy to live with measurable impact of the programs delivered.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
