    Selezioniamo per un nostro importante cliente nel Mendrisiotto, un/a Sales Account Executive madrelingua francese.

    I SUOI COMPITI
    • Collaborare con il Sales Team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali individuali e di team
    • Attuare una politica di vendita proattiva, con contatti soprattutto telefonici e/o via email
    • Interagire in ambito di commercio B2C con un approccio di consulenza personalizzata
    • Raggiungere il proprio target mensile/semestrale/annuale
    • Gestire i rapporti con i clienti (propri e non) e prestare una consulenza di vendita accurata
    • Rispondere delle questioni pertinenti il proprio portafoglio clienti
    • Rispondere dei risultati rispetto agli obiettivi assegnati
    • Conoscere gli obiettivi e le politiche aziendali e di team
    • Comunicare periodicamente proattivamente con i clienti (in portafoglio/nuovi)
    • Promuovere azioni di contatto preliminare con la clientela potenziale (per la propria area), sviluppare le trattative di vendita, formulare offerte personalizzate
    • Gestire autonomamente le vendite compresa consulenza in negozio (secondo policy aziendale)
    • Gestire le pratiche amministrative correlate alla vendita (creazione bollettini, fatturazione,..)
    • Aggiornarsi e potenzialmente acquisire e condividere informazioni in termini di concorrenza, trend di mercato e opportunità, integrandosi con le altre funzioni aziendali
    • Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di team
    • Rendersi disponibili per PR legate al settore vendita (eventi, fiere, etc.)
    • Interfacciarsi periodicamente con il diretto superiore sui risultati
    • Concordare ed applicare evtl. miglioramenti e rettifiche alle procedure
    IL SUO PROFILO PROFESSIONALE
    • Francese livello madrelingua/C2
    • Inglese livello minimo B2
    • Ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche costituiscono un nice to have
    • Istruzione superiore o esperienza lavorativa equivalente (ramo commerciale)
    • Consolidata esperienza nella vendita e /o conoscenza approfondita del settore Vini.
    • Persona giovane, dinamica ed ambiziosa, professionale, integra, dinamica ed affidabile;
    • Forte capacità di gestione di un alto numero di contatti e relazioni (telefonici/email) e ascolto attivo;
    • Target oriented, customer focused, con attitudine positiva e proattiva, e ottimo senso del business/commerciale
    • Appassionato del suo lavoro (vendita), capace di soddisfare requisiti tecnici ed operativi della posizione, incluso il rispetto delle scadenze e la gestione delle priorità
    • Ottime doti di comunicazione, attitudine alla vendita e capace nelle negoziazioni
    • Capace di lavorare e gestirsi autonomamente all'interno del Team di vendita
    • In grado di sviluppare/ampliare la propria conoscenza di prodotto e del mercato
    • Capacità di svolgere più compiti, stabilire le priorità e gestire il tempo in modo efficace
    • Senso del dovere ed etica del lavoro
