    Look no further We're seeking a committed Business Development / Sales Manager to spearhead growth initiatives both in Switzerland and globally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our B2B client base in collaboration with the management team.
    • Develop robust go-to-market strategies for pension funds and international expansion.
    • Engage in targeted collaborative efforts for overarching sales campaigns with insurance companies, pension funds, banks, mortgage brokers, and more.
    • Oversee all sales-related metrics, monitoring, and reporting using Salesforce.
    • Craft compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos for clients and prospects.
    • Conduct groundwork for potential international market entries, including comprehensive market research, feature analysis, and network development.

    Who You Are

    • A self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and conceptual skills, driven to redefine how individuals perceive financial well-being and committed to driving digital transformation within the insurance sector.

    Our Requirements

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent education from FH/University of Applied Sciences.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a proven track record in sales/business development or product development within life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, or asset management.
    • Omnichannel/distribution experience is a plus, particularly within pension funds, brokerage, or as a tied agent.
    • In-depth understanding of European insurance and financial markets landscape, coupled with an affinity for startup culture.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with project management and CRM tools such as Monday and Salesforce.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Fluency in German and English is required, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian/French/Spanish).
