Mission
Since 1976, Decathlon has been fulfilling its mission: "Moving People through the Wonders of Sport" . Decathlon is a company with almost 105'000 team members worldwide, 2'000 shops in 70 countries, 85 products brands and 40 industrial processes.
Our Swiss project began in 2016 with the arrival of our website in the country, and accelerated with the opening of our first shop in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown considerably, and we now have nearly 1'000 employees working in our 5 departments (Logistics & Supply, E-commerce, Finance/Law, HR, Communications and Retail) to serve our 30 shops (3 new stores opened in the last 6 months).
