    Ihr Job

    • Verantwortlich für das komplette Complaint Management (Kundenreklamationen, Eingang, Verarbeitung, Ursachenanalyse, Berichte, Umsetzen der Massnahmen)
    • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von RCA, Ursachenanalysen und 8D-Methoden (5Why, Ishikawa)
    • Bearbeiten von Materialrücklieferungen, Einleiten von Nachbearbeitungen, Erstellen von CoA's, Erstellen von Rückverfolgungen der beanstandeten Ware
    • Verantwortlich für Erstellung und Beurteilung von Qualitätsstatistiken
    • Pflegen der Kundenkontakte - sporadische Reisen
    • Mitwirken in interdisziplinären Verbesserungsteams

    Ihre Stärken

    • Technische Grundbildung mit 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
    • Weiterbildung und Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsmanagement erwünscht
    • Gute Kenntnisse der unterschiedlichen Analysenmethoden, Normen, Prozessmanagement von Vorteil
    • Kenntnisse von spezifischen Normen wie ISO 9001:2015, Hygiene und anderen Normen oder die Bereitschaft diese zu erlernen
    • Initiative, strukturierte, organisierte, analytische und systematische Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
    • Teamplayer und guter Kommunikator (D/E) mit selbständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
