- Unterstützung des Store Managers durch Melden von Umsatzzahlen, bei täglichen Store Abläufen etc.
- Mitverantwortlich für ein einladendes und übersichtliches Verkaufslokal
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen wie Customer Service und Visual Merchandising
- Einführen und Einhalten der Odlo Visual Merchandising Standards, Promotionen, internen Weisungen und Sales Richtlinien
- Verstehen und Vorleben der Odlo Werte
- Dynamische, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit (Arbeitseinsätze Montag – Sonntag)
- Vorzugsweise praktische Erfahrungen aus der Sport- und Textilbranche
- Sportliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Positive Ausstrahlung
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
