As EMEA Merchandising Lead, for our PAD (Performance All Day) and Training verticales you will be the product expert in our EMEA regional team, leading assortment and product strategy for all our channels, across DtC and wholesale.

Your Mission:


  • Lead the European product strategy for PAD
  • Performance all day (performance & lifestyle products) and Performance Training verticals, including
  • European market feedback and directional input on range and product categories to the global product teams, starting with season kickoff to postseason debrief
  • Work with regional, channel and global merchandising teams (apparel and footwear) on building regional and countryspecific assortments from the global range and tailored to regional needs
  • Build and train a consumer centric mindset and assortment logic in our European channels, marketing and sales teams, anchoring all channels in a consistent way of building assortments
  • Lead and translate market insights, feedback and regional needs into the Seasonal GTM milestones to Global Product teams to inform the product line plan for future seasons.
  • Advise global sales and product teams on pricing pyramid for the European markets
  • Contribute to a thorough seasonal forecasting process & lead debrief to product team post sellin
  • Work with the wider merchandising teams on building right merchandise plans and dashboards for product performance tracking
  • Drive market & product trends with commercial analytics, provide insights based on market reports
  • Define product key looks and tech stories for the region to support sales and marketing team in sellin
  • Handle SMU requests from A to Z in partnership with market/B2B sales lead and product teams

Your story:


  • 5+ years' of relevant experience in a merchandising or product management, apparel and footwear experience preferred
  • Experience with Key Accounts (e.g. JD Sports, Footlocker, Online pure players, niche accounts) & DTC from past roles ideally Europefocused
  • Good understanding of sportswear landscape, consumers and channels selling, running/training, outdoor and activelifestyle shoes and apparel in Europe
  • Ability to influence, convince and manage a variety of regional and global stakeholders
  • Experience in developing distribution strategy, keeping consumers, accounts and sales teams in mind
  • Strong communicator and presenter in front of diverse internal and external audiences
  • Experience in visual merchandising online and offline
  • Analytical and future oriented mindset paired with a cando attitude
  • Strong teamplayer, keen to play a connector role between the regional and product teams
  • Business proficiency in English, other European languages a plus
