- Koordination und Durchführung der Tätigkeiten während des Verpackungsprozesses, Kontrollen, Musterzüge, Umrüsten inkl. Line Clearancce und Störungsbehebung, Starten und Abschliessen von Verpackungsaufträgen
- Selbständige Überwachung und Dokumentation sämtlicher GMP-relevanter Arbeiten während eines Verpackungsauftrages und umgehende Meldung von festgestellten Abweichungen an die entsprechenden Experten
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse in qualifiziertem/validiertem Zustand stattfinden sowie Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Gemeinsam mit ihren Kollegen arbeiten Sie kontinuierlich an der Verbesserung der Prozesse und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung des Lean Production Systems im Betrieb
- Unterstützung bei der praktischen Ausbildung neuer Produktionsexperten

The Position
Der Verpackungsbetrieb Kaiseraugst ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Verpackung qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte nach geltenden cGMP Bestimmungen für den weltweiten Markt.
Der Bereich Kleinmengenverpackung ist einer von insgesamt fünf Teilbereichen im Verpackungsbetrieb und zeichnet sich durch höchste Agilität aus, um insbesondere neue Launchprodukte der Roche zuverlässig und schnell den Patienten verfügbar zu machen. Gestützt wird der Bereich, der sich aktuell im Aufbau befindet, durch ein innovatives Organisations- und Prozesskonzept mit engagierten Mitarbeitenden, welche neben dem Tagesgeschäft ihren eigenen Bereich aktiv mitgestalten.
Als Produktionsexperte (m/w/d) innerhalb der Kleinmengenverpackung sind Sie für die reibungslose Durchführung der Produktion nach cGMP-Richtlinien zuständig. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen arbeiten Sie selbstorganisiert am rollierenden Produktionsprogramm, treffen Entscheidungen autonom und gestalten aktiv ihre Arbeitsumgebung mit.
