As anThis role can be based in
-
Kemptthal (Switzerland).

You will:

Prepare flavoured food products for customer projects, presentations and/or research projects
Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, technical costs)
Manage flavour data and recipe documentation for food products
Actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
Assist in tasting sessions and presentations to customers/visitors
Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with safety policies
Collect information from the markets and external sources and prepare data

You:

Are in the process or have just recently completed a bachelor or master's degree in the field of food science
Have great Interest in Consumerend Food products and Technology as well as the passion for Food and Tasting new products
Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must
Good sense of organization
Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
