Your challenge*:


We are looking for a committed individual who is passionate about leading the Management Office of the Securities and Payments Services business division.

In this role, you will support the business area management and make a significant contribution to its success.

As Head Management Office you will:

  • advise and support the business area management in all organisational matters.
- be responsible for management reporting and derive recommendations for action and implement improvement measures.
- prepare and monitor the budget.
- be responsible for the agile Portfolio Central Operations in the role of Portfolio Management Officer.
- lead or support initiatives and projects related to the business area.


Your profile*:

You have several years of professional e
- perience in banking (preferably in operations) and have a strong focus on efficiency, productivity and quality You have a business education and a strong technical understanding (e
- perience with the core banking software Avaloq is an advantage). You have already successfully managed smaller projects and have e
- perience in data analysis and budget management. Preferably you have already gained e
- perience in an agile environment (training as a Scrum Master).

  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
