- Drive and further develop the HR agenda in line with business needs
- Counsel and support employees, leaders and directors on HR matters
- Further develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead the recruitment activities for an excellent, international workforce: prepare job ads, advise on candidate selection, negotiate contracts and perform the onboarding tasks
- Manage the compensation plan and lead the annual wage review
- Execute administrative and operational HR tasks throughout the employment cycle
- Ensure flawless service delivery by the external payroll provider
- Perform strategic and tactical workforce planning
- Perform HR-related analyses, statistics and management reports
- Lead and initiate HR projects and provide HR and change expertise to other projects
- Diploma in HR Management or similar academic background
- Long-term experience in international HR management
- Additional experience in educating and coaching staff and conflict resolution is a plus
- Aptitude to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with staff mem-bers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in German and English
- Highly independent and organized personality
- IT competency in standard tools (Google, MS Office) and HR software
