Taskbase is a data science-based, fast-growing ETH spinoff based in Zurich and is looking for a passionate Customer Success & Project Manager to join our internationally growing team.
Tasks
- Plan and manage client portfolios and build close relationships
- Execute and improve onboarding processes (standardized)
- Create solutions with our customers to meet their needs (customized)
- Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle and resolve customer requests and issue reports
- Train and coach customers in tool usage
- Advise our customers in didactical, technical, and coordinational matters
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and customer service
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
- Knowhow & experience in pedagogic / didactics required
- You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
- You are reflective & open to feedback
- Handson mentality, openminded and willing to learn every day new things
