Responsibilities:- Manage a production line and train line staff (team of 3 to 5 people).- Actively participate in line work with others in the production of products prepared according to guidelines.- Organize and carry out the packaging of products (packaging and labeling).- Ensure traceability and quality of products; visually check the quality of products according to specified criteria.- Address simple breakdowns.- Participate in continuous improvement. Qualifications:- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (AFP) in the field.- Work experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.- Autonomous, flexible, organized person who knows how to remain composed in a dynamic work environment and manage a small team on the line.- Holder of a pallet truck license (S2).- Good knowledge of tools (MS Office, SAP).- Willing to work fixed hours (05:00 - 13:30).- French: excellent knowledge.What we offer:- Health on the job: Nursing services, massages, lighter posts, break room, health & safety day, flu prevention, ergonomics coach.- Leave: 18 weeks / 4 weeks of equitable leave: loyalty and jubilee bonuses from CHF 100.- to CHF 1,000.- and paid leave from 5 to 40 days.- Professional insurance: Accident insurance with loss of earnings due to illness 730.- Social: Collective Labor Agreement.- Cumulus points: Reduced tickets (-20%) for concerts or events.- Employee menus at Micarna cost between CHF 5.- and CHF 7.-.
