Your Team:

We are the advanced navigators at On. We partner with the entire company to steer the business by analysing the past and predicting the future. We specialise in accurate planning, relevant analysis and clear and simple reporting to drive impactful actions.

Your Mission:

Partner with the Finance and Operations teams to assess the performance of the business
Elevate compliance by partnering with our Internal Controls team to design and execute meaningful SOX controls
Control the Business Processes to highlight and mitigate any risks to the Company
Own the Valuation (Standard Cost Methodology) of COGS and Inventory for the Group
Prepare and run the Monthly and Quarterly Closing Processes, delivering insights on the P&L and BS performance
Analyse and report on Inventory development providing insights to external auditors and the audit committee on a quarterly basis

Your Story:

35 years experience in Accounting/Auditing/Controlling/FP&A in an agile, highgrowth environment
Education in the field of Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative story telling, and a philosophy of letting data find a voice
Crossfunctional teamworker, able to demystify data and provide the support to the business to deliver the wow
Excellent English skills, and possessing a work permit for Switzerland
Experience with finance, analysis and data technology such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
