    Au sein de notre univers SAP Business Solutions, vous intégrerez une équipe d'experts reconnus qui accompagnent ses clients de l'avant-vente en passant par l'émission du besoin, la mise en œuvre, les déploiements éventuels, jusqu'au maintien en condition opérationnelle de toutes les solutions SAP.     Dans le cadre de notre croissance nous recherchons, pour notre bureau de Genève, un Architecte Solution SAP S/4HANA (H/F)

    • Cartographie & feuille de route de Projet S/4HANA : Conseiller les clients pour la définition de la cartographie et feuille de route applicatives dans le cadre d'un projet S/4HANA.
    • Projets de migration ECC vers S/4HANA : Mener les études préalables et conseiller les clients dans le choix des scénarios de migration (Greenfield, Brownfield ou Bluefield.)
    • Intégration fonctionnelle : aide au choix et validation des composants fonctionnels à intégrer lors d'un projet d'implémentation, qu'ils soient SAP ou non SAP. Gérer l'intégration entre les modules SAP et les applications tierces en faisant le lien entre les besoins métiers, les solutions techniques et fonctionnelles.
    • Assistance à la Gestion de projet : Assumer un rôle de leader technico-fonctionnel garant du respect des engagements contractuels, de la qualité de la gouvernance et du pilotage de projets.
    • Support avant-vente : Fournir un support pour les dossiers de réponse avant-vente, incluant des présentations spécifiques de S/4HANA.
    • Capitalisation : Contribuer activement à la practice S/4HANA par le retour d'expérience des activités d'intégration menés à travers les différents projets, études et offres
    • Vous possédez une solide expérience en tant qu'Architecte fonctionnel, Intégrateur, ou Chef de Projet SAP S/4HANA.
    • Vous maîtrisez S/4HANA, son rôle au cœur de l'écosystème « Entreprise Intelligente » de SAP, les différentes approches de conversion/implémentation S/4HANA, les outils de conversion ECC vers S/4HANA et la méthodologie SAP Activate.
    • Expertise SAP : Connaissance approfondie de S/4HANA et générale du portefeuille de produits SAP, expertise reconnue sur plusieurs modules SAP
    • Leadership d'équipe : Aptitude à diriger des équipes en mode matriciel et à piloter des projets en autonomie ou en collaboration avec un chef de projet sur des missions plus vastes.
    • Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication en français et en anglais, vous êtes capable d'interagir efficacement avec toutes les parties prenantes d'un projet et avec les leaders de l'organisation TeamWork.
    • Proactif, adaptable, avec un fort sens de la résolution de problème et du service client
    • Français et Anglais (niveau professionnel courant requis).
