Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from proposal stages through to delivery
:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders
:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
:

-
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes of scope, developing mitigation strategies
:

-
Drive the adoption and integration of PLM and MES solutions into the customers' organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
:

-
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution
:

Report project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
:

-
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality
:

-
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success, according to the group's processes

Your profile
-
Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with a focus on PLM and MES systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
:

-
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts and tools
:

-
Experience in managing Turn-key projects:

-
Excellent project management and organizational skills
:

-
Proficient in project management software and tools
:

-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
:

-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
:

-
Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams and to lead cross-functional groups
:

-
Strong decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented approach
:

- **Project Management certifications are a plus.
