In dieser Position schaffen Sie ein Bewusstsein für kompetenzorientierte sowie inklusive Leistungsnachweise an der ETH Zürich. Sie nehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von didaktischen Strategien und Formaten für Leistungsnachweise ein. Sie führen Beratungen, Schulungen und Workshops für Lehrende und Studiengangsverantwortliche durch und erarbeiten Materialien, Instrumente sowie Leitfäden zum Thema.
Ein Fokus liegt auf der didaktischen Gestaltung authentischer und lernförderlicher Leistungsnachweise. Sie beraten Lehrende bei der Überführung ihrer bisherigen Leistungsnachweise in im Rahmen von PAKETH erarbeitete, in Lehrveranstaltungen integrierte Leistungsnachweise und mögliche Schlussprüfungen nach Semesterende.
Das zweite Augenmerk Ihrer Arbeit liegt auf der Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Konzepte und Methoden, um Leistungsnachweise inklusiver zu gestalten. Sie beraten dabei Lehrende für die Umsetzung, sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von Leistungsnachweisen für Studierende mit Nachteilsausgleichsmassnahmen und bilden eine Anlaufstelle für diese Fragestellungen. Zudem setzen Sie u.a. KI-Tools ein, um Leistungsnachweise für Studierende mit besonderen Bedürfnissen weiterzuentwickeln. Damit ermöglichen Sie eine gleichberechtigte Teilnahme aller Studierenden an Leistungsnachweisen, unabhängig von ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen und Umständen.
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Pädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Fachbereich. Sie bringen breite Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen im Bereich der Didaktik von Leistungsnachweisen sowie der Beratung von Lehrenden in diesem Themenbereich mit.
Sie haben Erfahrungen im Bereich Nachteilsausgleichsmassnahmen in der Hochschullehre, sowohl im Bereich individueller Unterstützungsmassnahmen als auch im Bereich struktureller Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der (digitalen) Zugänglichkeit. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-Tools.
Eine Stärke ist Ihre kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gerne in einem hochmotivierten Team mit unterschiedlichsten Expert:innen zusammenarbeitet. Sie besitzen zudem eine hohe Motivation, ein Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung inklusiver Leistungsnachweise in der Hochschullehre zu schaffen.
Ihr Deutsch und Englisch sind in Wort und Sprache stilsicher, und Sie vernetzen sich schnell mit relevanten Kontakten inner- und ausserhalb der ETH Zürich.
