Your Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing current business processes and finding opportunities for automation and AI.
  • Designing and implementing efficient and effective business process automation solutions.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and struggles.
  • Providing technical expertise, guidance, and support.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of automation and AI solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and costbenefit analysis for automation and AI projects.
  • Leading and supervising automation & AI projects.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance and quality control.
  • Providing training and support to endusers.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of automated processes.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and best practices in business process automation and AI.

Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree is preferred and 810 years relevant business experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation and AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Proficiency in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and platforms, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Analytical AI, and Generative AI.
  • Expertise of data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning attitude and willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
