Your role

We're looking for a recruiter to:
be responsible for all recruitment efforts into Junior Talent Programs for Data Scientists

- have global responsibility to align and coordinate on recruitment needs for the department ADA (Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Centre of Expertise)
- represent UBS at various events virtually and on campus, excited to connect people
- take on additional responsibility within the team with potential to lead and inspire

Your team

You'll be part of the Junior Talent Recruiting pod based in Zürich, but you'll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide, being part of the global Junior Talent organization within the Attraction & Hiring stream. As a recruiter, you'll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset our people. You will be working closely with the Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics (ADA) Centre of Expertise. Together, we create a culture defined by curiosity, responsibility and engagement where everyone is empowered and inspired to drive extraordinary innovation at speed.

Your expertise
- ideally 5+ years recruiting experience, with exposure to Junior Talent / Campus recruiting desirable
- a keen interest in financial services and emerging technology
- excellent communicator, happy in the spotlight and a natural relationship builder
- an innovative mindset, keen to take things to the next level
- a collaborative and "can-do" attitude, happy to work efficiently together in an agile way
- previous leadership experience at work or on a volunteering basis is appreciated
- always professional and adherent to our high standards
