What's the role?:

You will be the responsible for all indirect procurement in Plant Schaan.

In support of the production units, you will have the chance to steer and further developed the plant indirect goods supply chain.

Your goal is to achieve more value for our internal partners.

What does the role involve?:

Plant procurement is a central function in Plant Schaan.

Being accountable for a significant amount of the plant costs you will have the chance of creating impact in our final product.

Together with our internal partners you will do asset investment projects, develop our network of service providers, and improve our tooling and auxiliary materials supply chain.

It is expected that you review and execute sourcing strategies for the main categories.

Besides owing the source to contract for all indirect goods and services, you will also be responsible for the purchase to pay from two material groups.

Your team and you have in the production units and engineering teams in the plant your primary stakeholders. Being a service provider to other plants you will also have other Hilti plants as internal partners.

Besides being part of the plant extended management team, you will be part of the global indirect procurement management team.

What you need is:

A Bachelor's degree
A proven track record in Procurement, ideally with indirect goods experience
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
Business Acumen
Strategic thinking
Fluency in spoken and written English and German
