- At least 10 years of continuous abstinence
- Active participation in mutual aid groups (AA, NA, etc.)
- Deep understanding of your own recovery process and the ability to share about it in a differentiated way
- High level of professional and personal competence as an "expert from experience"
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team under medical leadership
- Training or certificate in Counselling would be an advantage
- You can approach other people empathically and without bias
- High social competence, appreciative attitude and empathy to deal with culturally diverse and international clients
- Excellent command of English (C2 professional proficiency), other languages are an advantage
- Must be eligible for a work permit in Switzerland (CH/EU-/EFTA nationals)
- Participating and co-moderation of group therapy sessions
- Supporting clients in treatment during breaks and leisure activities
- Supporting clients in their transition and return to home in all recovery-related aspects
- Planning and organisation of client's attendance at 12-step meetings
- Driving and accompanying clients to 12-step meetings if necessary
- Responsible for client pickups (and drop-off) at their port of arrival (airports, train stations)
- Organizing and supervision of overnight, on-call and weekend duties
- Participation in clinical meetings
- Supporting the client relations and clinical team if necessary
- Reporting of treatment-related activities in the medical health record software
