We are looking for a transaction specialist who will be responsible for the sale of our renewable energy assets and managing investor relations.Our pipeline includes PV ground mounted and roof-top plants, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and biogas plants.

Your new job

• Manage bilateral or competitive bidding processes
• Lead commercial negotiations with investors and analyse/rate offers received
• Facilitate the due diligence process, including preparing/updating the data room
• Coordinate with internal or external tax, legal, technical and financial experts or advisors (on the sell and buy side)
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Manage and extend our investor relations

Your profile

• Financial or business degree preferred, alternatively scientific or legal background
• 3 years plus experience in M&A transactions (buy or sell side), ideally in the field of renewable energy
• Excellent negotiation skills and analytical thinking
• Proficient in financial modelling for project valuation
• Strong contractual knowledge and understanding of tax issues
• English is a must, ideally also fluent in German and Italian
