Job summary
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our high-performing EMEA Commercial Team. The role involves leading the day-to-day commercial management of complex data center projects from pre-contract planning to post-contract delivery.A key responsibility is driving cost optimization, maintaining financial control, managing commercial risk and ensuring accurate reporting. Fluency in German and English is essential for regular collaboration with regional stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years' experience in commercial management of complex construction projects, a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field, experience with data center or infrastructure projects in Germany/Switzerland and strong stakeholder management skills

- Optimize construction costs while ensuring financial discipline and control
