WHAT YOU DO

Drive our international digital platform for standard sealing elements and technical components in a B2B environment.
Steer a marketing driven expansion of our digital sales and communication model for the APSOparts online shop.
Define and execute marketing actions with a modern marketing automation tools and influence product assortment.
Lead our marketing and communication strategy and own the campaign management.
Guide the team in the development of our shop platform for usability and navigation with the primary aim to acquire and retain online B2B customers.
Define and select new requirements or new functionalities.
Work with Product Marketing to develop the assortment and effectively communicate it.
Partner with marketing agencies to support SEA and other lead generation initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Master' degree and emphasis in information technology is a bonus.
More than 5 years of successful experience in B2B E-Commerce marketing with strong leadership skills.
Strong project management experience and high affinity to innovative software development.
Experience as CRM and Marketing Automation user and implementor.
Excellent English and German language skills.
