What you're going to do:

We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic person to join our motivated project office team in Zurich for a period of 12 months.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all project, license and maintenance agreements (project portfolio management) from sending to filing and archiving (physically and electronically).
Triggering and monitoring of accounts receivable invoices, incl. dunning process
Budget and controlling tasks, deadline monitoring, milestones
Responding to inquiries from customers and project managers regarding project budgets and invoices
Supporting project managers in contractual aspects of project administration

What we're looking for:

For this responsible and varied job, we expect:

successful completed commercial education

- experience in project business is an advantage, contract management and accounts receivable accounting
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage
- very good language skills in German and English
- accuracy and a flair for numbers
- independent and responsible action, well organized with ability to plan ahead and initiative
