Job summary
We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to provide operational support during a key transformation of our HR and payroll landscape. In addition, you will work closely with our Global HR team to ensure that the Oracle HR system is configured in line with Swiss requirements.Responsibilities
- Reconcile and approve complex payroll data.
- Oversee social insurance declarations, source tax, and other statutory contributions in compliance with Swiss legislation.
