We are looking for a new Project Manager to join our team in MSC Geneva's HQ.
The Project manager (PM) will join the OneVision M&R (Maintenance and Repair) project, which is the MSC Global M&R system used to connect vendors performing repairs and maintenance on our Equipment at depots and/or terminals.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Develop timelines together with the project lead in Geneva, in alignment with strategic and operational goals set by stakeholders.
Define and follow up required action plans to deliver the Project according to commitment and requirements.
Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement and ensure both short
- and long-term goals are met. Ensure project delivery is on time.
Follow up on tasks/issues, create meeting minutes and transfer important information to project leads and IT director.
Assist in project meetings to communicate project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and knowledge required to perform effectively.
Facilitate regular meetings with agencies across the world, with stakeholders in Geneva and team members in Geneva and Chennai.
Understand a project's scope and create project requirements in azure devops. Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
Contribute to the development of training material and processes' documentation.
About you:
-
At least 4 years' experience leading IT projects in Software development /deployment
- Please note that this is not a Senior PM position

Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals Agile methodologies

PMO best practices understanding

Knowledge of Azure Devops
:

PMI, Prince 2, MSP, or any PM relevant certification is an asset
:
- Excellent communications skills (at any hierarchical level).
- Strong stakeholder management ability.
- Highly structured and results oriented.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent C1 min or Native English a must.
