Main Purpose of the role:

The Professional Insights Lead (Sr Manager) will have primary accountability for:

  • Development of insights to drive professional program across Colgate Europe through deep audience understanding
  • Build strong capabilities in professional research and linking to measurement and analytics of professional activities
  • Leveraging professional insights in business decisionmaking and strategy development to achieve business goals of growth and profit

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build holistic understanding of professionals and influencers for key CP categories including audience identification and consistent approach to advocacy/ experience journeys
  • Understand underunmet professionalpatient needs today as well as trends and foresight relevant for the audience and guide business growth opportunities that emerge
  • Inform and guide creation of content for professionals as part of integrated brand experience as well as relevant media choicechannels
  • Understand CP equity among relevant audience both as "brand" and "customer"
  • Build measurement framework for professional activities to understand performance and guide investment choices
  • Ensure professional and consumer understanding is linked to inform best possible strategic choices
  • Support leveraging of professional types across categories

Critical Experience:


  • At least 10 years' expertise in Insights and Analytics including direct experience in Consumer Health, Pharma or Professionalcentric insights and analytics organizations
  • A deep understanding of key insights methodologies (Quant-Qual, Journeys, Digital) and experience in Measurement (Pharmacy Tracking) and analytics methodologies (econometrics...) and a clear understanding of the capabilities of various techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to build successful and effective partnerships, and influence stakeholders and decision making at all levels of a global organization

Skills/competencies:


  • Demonstrated ability to tell insightful stories and identify opportunities for growth through synthesis of multiple data points and insight
  • Genuinely curious and selfmotivated; ready to solve stakeholder problems through creative research and analysis
  • Outstanding communication skills and presence, both in large meetings and daytoday consults with internal clients and senior executives
  • Highly organized in a highly complex environment
  • Ability to work with people across functions and organizational levels, and also remotely
