Tasks

In this role, you will
- guide new customers through the full customer journey and show them how to get maximum value and security out of our product
- maintain a strong and mutually appreciative relationship with our customers and anticipate issues early on
- manage and drive satisfactory resolutions of customer issues
- interface with the customer as well as the product development team to identify customer needs and turn them into value-adding product features
- analyze problems in production to find and mitigate the root causes


Requirements:

- have a solid technical IT background, ideally backed by a corresponding Computer Science degree
- have strong German and English skills (spoken and written)
- have at least 2 years of work experience (ideally with customer interaction)
- bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- are able to quickly acquire new information and adapt to new situations
- love to work with customers and seek new challenges

A big plus would be if you
- have experience with Linux CLI
- understand general network topics like firewalls, VPN, SSH, HTTPS, web proxy, etc.
- additional bonus: Docker, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Postfix
