For our client, an international orientated Pharma company in Basel, we are looking for a reliable and motivated (M/F/d)


Administrative Professional in Pharmaceutical Sciences 100%:


AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:


  • Support several chapters (organizational units)
  • Actively build and support networks with stakeholders within and beyond Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Ensure the right information is available to the teams, in the right level of details, at the right time, enabling a smooth workflow. Such as distribution lists, system updates and general communication
  • Support in organizing large meetings, group trips and events. (workshops, forums, offsites)
  • Organize travel visas and congress attendances or meetings with external participants
  • Managing / coordinating complex calendar tasks for PS Chapter Leads
  • Proactively contribute to the team spirit and act as a connector when needed
  • Support People & Culture topics (badge/access management, Workday, Cornerstone, OnePortal)
  • Organize job interviews across sites
  • Assist new employees with induction programs including the preparation of onboarding schedules
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives
  • Guest and visitor management

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
- at least 3 years experience as an assistant or comparable commercial activity

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Proficient in GSuite, MS Office suite and familiar with digital tools
  • Curiosity to explore how our culture of digital collaboration enables us to act as one team
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills
  • Solutionoriented, independent thinker with a growth mindset
  • Curious, prepared to collaborate and cocreate across chapters / portfolio squads/ communities / and open for new ways of working
