What would you work on?

  • Managing
    daytoday operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-equipped and functional workspace.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to keep our supply inventory up to date.

  • Coming up with possible
    innovations and upgrades to our office to keep it modern and unique.

Coordinate office logistics, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by
    promoting effective communication and resolving any officerelated issues.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and safe office space.

  • Handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong proactive tendencies.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic maintenance.
