+ Monitor product adoption and proactively drive change.
This is a hands-on contributor role. You will own the full post-sale journey — onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion — without a team below you (for now...).
You won't be building on sand. We have a fast growing customer base, a product that hits a spot, and founders who understand the value of CS.
