    Tasks


    This role will give you an exciting and unparalleled view into the airline business including its main system partners and will allow you to make a meaningful contribution to the improvement of SWISS' customer journey and core operational processes.

    • Close collaboration and communication with the operations and commercial teams
    • Prepare the CHRONO25 storyline and presentations – from idea generation to finished slide-deck – for internal and external audiences
    • Coordinate ad-hoc analyses and briefings
    • Work with the management team to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards operational and commercial goals, based on KPI and OKR
    • Support or take charge of initiatives and projects and ensure timely implementation

    Requirements


    You keep the overview over fast-moving topics and anticipate inter-dependencies? You think interdisciplinary and proactively manage interfaces and information? You prioritize swiftly even in hectic moments? Then you are the right person for this position

    • Master's degree, for instance in business administration, economics
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as business sense paired with attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • 3 years or more of work experience in the airline industry in a project management role
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Very good time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under time pressure
    • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
