Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Metallunternehmen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige Sales Operations Assistant (a) 100%. Das Unternehmen bietet moderne Bedingungen und vielseitige Aufgaben. Gesucht ist eine erfahrene Person im Bestellprozess mit klarer Sales-Affinität sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und Französischkenntnissen.
Job Description
Aktive Mitwirkung im Verkaufsprozess, inklusive Identifikation neuer Kund:innen sowie Gewinnung von Aufträgen.
Selbstständige Erfassung, Nachverfolgung und Terminüberwachung von Kundenbestellungen sowie Lieferantenaufträgen.
Verantwortung für die Lagerbewirtschaftung, einschliesslich Pflege und Kontrolle der Bestände.
Ganzheitliche Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung: Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Organisation von Transporten sowie Koordination von Import- und Exportvorgängen.
Abstimmung mit dem internen Service Center zur Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsaufträgen.
Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Offerten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf.
Erfassung und Pflege aller relevanten Daten im ERP/EDV-System, darunter Warenein- und -ausgänge, Rückmeldungen und Produktionsbuchungen.
Enger Austausch und Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Team.
Organisatorische Unterstützung bei Messeauftritten, inklusive Vorbereitung und administrativer Begleitung.
Übernahme von Spezialaufgaben entsprechend betrieblicher Anforderungen.
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs.
The Successful Applicant
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erste Praxis in einem administrativen oder vertriebsnahen Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
Kenntnisse zu Materialien oder ein technisches Grundverständnis sind wünschenswert.
Spürbare Affinität zum Verkauf sowie Freude im Umgang mit Kundschaft und Lieferanten.
Deutsch und Französisch auf sehr gutem Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend.
Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Teamfähigkeit.
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und situationsgerecht mitzudenken.
