Maintain and develop initial customer relationships
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements.
Perform daily outbound calling activity focused on promoting the companies suite of products and services to prospects, customers and partners
Perform presales support transactions for field sales (Part

- requests/Demo, loaner, sample requests/Standard quotation requests/Special Price Authorization requests, SPA renewals)

Work closely with FAE to follow up with ISV's on certifications of AiO products
Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce, including the opportunity details to ensure accurate territory forecasts
Followup of promo

- and trade show leads, web inquiry follow -up

Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of their products and services, industry trends, and competition

Profil et compétences

Successful experience in hardware/software Inside Sales,preferably in IT or similar industry.
Understanding of computing technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers.
Excellent command of written and spoken English (any eastern European language is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
A persistent, selfstarter with a track record of successful, credible followup and (cold) calling in to multiple levels within an organization.
Strong communication skills (phone/video), excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
The highest level of integrity.
A team player with the ability to work in a highenergy sales team environment with a desire to work with others for broader success.
